I have received your letter of yesterday's date enclosing copy regulations dated 15th May, 1931, made under Section 4 of the Nurses' Registration Ordinance and of a subsequent amendment thereto.

I note that negotiations in regard to reciprocal registration are to be conducted direct between the Hong Kong Nursing Board and my Council. In the circumstances I shall no doubt obtain copies of all papers from them and I accordingly return herewith your file copy of the regulations and amendment.
